However, recently she lost almost 20 lbs, and this was because of her new weight-loss diet and exercise. According to her, following a regular weight loss diet and regularly exercising helped her lose weight and become healthy.

According to her, she took four meals per day but only limited calories, which she recorded, and once a month, when her calorie goal was complete, she took a cheat day where she would eat minimal sugar or junk food.
