Disturbingly, the lawsuit also asserts that on the same night, the rapper assaulted her, forcefully touching her without consent and attempting to prevent her from leaving the hotel.
They proceeded to Doe’s residence, where they engaged in other sexual relations, again without protection. Tragically, due to their encounters, Doe claims she became pregnant in January 2023.
