Shanna Moakler is a popular actress and model who is also mainly known for being the ex-wife of drummer Travis Barker and the mother of popular Twitch star Landon Barker. Recently she is on the news because someone was mischievous and created her fake obituary and claimed she died in a boat accident despite still being alive.

She also captioned this was scary and could not believe people will stoop so low to write these horrible things. After the complaint was made, the obituary post removed her as dead and edited it to she is alive, but rumors state she died in the motor boating accident.
Despite the page having been edited, seeing your Orbituary page can be quite daunting, but all her fans can take a breath of relief as she has confirmed she is alive and healthy.
How did Shanna Moakler rise to fame?
Moakler started her modeling career when she was just 17 years old. She participated in the Miss Teen USA pageant in 1992, but just a year later, she won her first pageant title in Miss Teen All-American.
After winning this award, she started getting numerous opportunities in modeling and acting. She continued her modeling career, and when she was 21 years old, she won her second title in Miss New York USA.
The same year she was also crowned Miss USA, which made her one of the hottest and most highly-paid models in the USA at the time. She became the face of fashion magazines such as Brentwood and Cosmopolitan for a long time.
Moakler started her acting career in 1996 when she was approached for guest roles in the TV show Louis and Clark, where she appeared in a few episodes. She was not as interested in becoming an actress, so she appeared in only one TV show titled Friends Till The End.

Moakler was previously in a relationship with singer Billy Idol but her more famous and public marriage with the Blink 182 drummer Barker. She is the mother of two children in Landon and Alabama Barker.
However, their marriage ended in quite a controversy when she feud with the model Paris Hilton, who was apparently having an affair with her ex-husband.
They were both arrested for violent confrontation in the hotel, but they were not charged. The couple got a divorce from each other in 2008.
However, even after the divorce, the ex-couple continued to argue with each other and even threatened harm to each other in 2014. Currently, they are friends and are raising their children together.
